ABOUT ABA THERAPY FOR DANCERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
ABASI Dance Lab provides unique ABA therapy and dance training using dance as a reinforcer through specialized 30 minute sessions. We provide ABA therapy in the studio setting to allow individuals with special needs to enjoy dance and choreography while receiving ABA supports for skill deficits and behavior management plans. We target skills in a similar way to naturalistic environment training (NET) in clinical setting. Our teaching is incorporated into the dance class.
COLLABORATION ENCOURAGED
We encourages collaboration with your child’s current ABA professional, and or occupational therapist to make sure treatment plan goals align and to share progress and make a comprehensive plan for our students. Assessment sessions and time for treatment plan development are not included in this price. We DO accept some insurances and are an approved provider under the Florida Gardiner Scholarship.
